Our own analytics
Two first-party cookies let us measure marketing performance without depending entirely on third-party platforms. Neither identifies you: they hold a random identifier and the marketing source that first brought you here.

- A random visitor identifier (UUID) so we can recognise the same browser across pages and visits. Contains no name, email, phone number, or IP address.
- _pcl_ft
- 12 months
- The campaign details that originally brought you to the site (UTM parameters, gclid, msclkid, fbclid, referring site, landing page, timestamp). Written once on your first visit, then read-only.
Purpose: understanding which marketing channels drive enquiries, and attributing conversions to the right campaign. Retention of the derived data: up to 13 months in our analytics database, which is hosted in the United Kingdom. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly which fields we record.
Third-party analytics
These help us see how visitors interact with the site — which pages get read, where people drop off, and how quickly pages load.

We advertise on Google, Microsoft, and Meta. These cookies tell those platforms when an enquiry came from one of their ads, so we stop paying for the campaigns that don't work.
