a quote up or down.
No two London properties price the same. These are the variables we measure on site, and we explain which ones applied to you.
Room size and ceiling height
Larger rooms and high ceilings need more paint and more time. We measure on site so you only pay for what's actually there.
Wall condition
Cracks, damp damage, or old wallpaper add preparation hours. We show you what we found and what it takes to fix it before quoting.
Paint type and brand
Farrow & Ball and Little Greene cost more than Dulux Trade, and last longer. We price both options so the choice stays yours.
Number of coats
Two coats are standard. Dark colours over light, or covering a bold feature wall, can need a third — we say so upfront, not later.
Access and logistics
Scaffold, parking permits, and lift access in mansion blocks all carry real cost. They go in the quote as their own line.
Project scope
Whole-property and multi-room work carries a better per-room rate than a single room, because the set-up cost is shared.
