Royal Docks (E16) is regeneration country, and most of our work here is inside high-rise riverside apartments rather than period homes. We decorate leasehold flats across Royal Wharf, Britannia Village and the Royal Victoria Dock towers, plus older terraces in North Woolwich and Silvertown. Working in concierge-managed blocks near ExCeL, the Emirates Air Line and London City Airport means booking loading bays, protecting communal lobbies and goods lifts, and keeping to building permits and quiet hours. With large balcony glazing and riverside humidity, we favour low-odour, fast-drying, moisture-tolerant paints — finished in one tidy visit so landlords and residents see minimal disruption.
