- Internal record keeping

- Contacting you for market research purposes
Data Protection
We are committed to ensuring your information is secure. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used only as described in this privacy policy.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies to personalize content, analyze site traffic, and improve user experience. By using our site, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This service uses cookies to collect anonymous information about website usage. You can opt-out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-Out tool or by managing your cookie preferences on our website.
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
First-Party Analytics
In addition to third-party services such as Google Analytics, we run our own first-party analytics so we can understand which marketing channels bring visitors to our site and how those visits convert into enquiries. This data is collected under our legitimate interest in measuring the performance of our marketing.
We set two first-party cookies on your device for this purpose: _pcl_vid (a randomly generated identifier so we can recognise the same browser across pages) and _pcl_ft (a record of the marketing source that originally brought you to the site, e.g. a Google Ads or Microsoft Ads campaign). Both cookies expire after 12 months. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
For each page view or interaction we record only: the cookie identifier, the page URL, the referring site, marketing-campaign parameters (UTM and click IDs such as gclid, msclkid, fbclid), an approximate country derived from the network request, and a coarse device classification (mobile / tablet / desktop, browser family, operating system family). We do not store your IP address and we do not store your full browser User-Agent string. We do not link this data to your name, email, phone number, or any enquiry you submit.
Analytics data is stored in our database hosted by Supabase in the United Kingdom (London region). We retain it for up to 13 months and delete older records periodically.
You can opt out by blocking the _pcl_vid and _pcl_ft cookies in your browser settings, or by clearing the cookies for our site.
Lead Data
When you submit the contact form or request a price estimate via our online calculator, the details you provide — your name, contact information (phone and/or email), postcode where relevant, project timeline, and any description of the work — are stored in our database alongside the marketing-attribution context for that visit (UTM parameters and click IDs from the referring ad, if any). This lets us follow up on your enquiry and understand which channels bring genuine work.
Lead data is kept in the same Supabase database (London region) as our analytics. Access is restricted to the business owner. We retain lead records for up to 24 months, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing the address in the Contact section below.
We do not sell or share your lead data with any party other than the ad-platform conversion APIs (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads) needed to attribute the enquiry to its marketing source — and there only as hashed identifiers, not in human-readable form.
Third Parties
We may share your information with trusted subcontractors to fulfill services or marketing communications. These parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Your Rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access your personal information and correct any inaccuracies
- Request the erasure of personal information under certain circumstances
- Object to processing of your personal information
- Restrict processing of your personal information
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent where applicable
