Trade pricing raises your volume rung rather than replacing the pre-order discount, so a trade order is never worse than the same order placed retail — at a full box the two land on exactly the same number. Rates are confirmed by email before anything is charged.

The ladder is open to everyone and counts every roll in the basket, colours and widths together. A full box of 24 puts you on exactly the same price as a trade account, with no paperwork at all — the trade rate simply gets you there without having to buy 24 at a time.
