Who sells it
Decorators first, tape shop second.
Prime Coat London is a painting and decorating company. These are the tapes our own team masks with on jobs across London — cutting in walls and ceilings, protecting joinery under spray, second colours on walls painted a day or two before.
Both are washi paper tapes with an acrylic adhesive: thin enough to follow mouldings, tight enough at the edge that paint does not creep under, and they tear straight by hand. Most listings in this category publish no technical data; ours does, on each roll's page.
See the jobs they are used on in our projects, or read what clients say below.

Three full-size 55m rolls: one yellow 38mm and one yellow 50mm Precision Line Painter's Tape, and one pink 38mm Low Tack Painter's Tape. They are the same rolls we sell individually, not samples — 165 metres of tape in total.
It is an introductory offer for the first 100 packs, so people can try every roll on a real job before buying a box. The counter on this page is taken from paid orders, and the offer ends when it reaches zero. If you put one roll of each tape in your basket yourself, the pack price applies automatically.
Delivery is free to anywhere in the UK. Orders ship from stock, usually within 1–2 working days, and typically arrive in 2–3 working days. You get an email when it is on its way.
Yes. Add any other rolls to the same basket and the whole parcel still ships free. The Starter Pack is limited to one per order.
The pink Low Tack. Its adhesive is around a quarter as strong as a standard roll, so it can go onto emulsion that is touch-dry and hard, typically after 24–48 hours. The yellow rolls are for surfaces that are fully cured — two weeks or more.
Unopened rolls can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. A faulty roll is refunded in full within 30 days, including delivery and return postage. Details are on our return policy.
